We are deeply sorry to report that the beehives in Walpole Park have been vandalised, not once, but three times.
If you have any comments on the impact of the five primary licensable areas of alcohol sales (on or off sales), gaming and gambling, food sales (typically restaurants and cafes), entertainment or sex establishments, do please let us know.
Amazingly, this is the fifth in a series of recent planning applications of which two were refused - a typical example of 'salami slicing'. The latest application is to convert the house into four flats with three rooflights in the front roof. Too much.
This application, is summarised as "conversion and extension of existing semi-detached dwelling including new basement level creating four no. (sic) flats". We consider this to be severe overdevelopment.
